This year marks a profound milestone at St. Irene Orthodox Mission Centre and Orphanage. Our Grade 9 students have completed their final examinations and will soon take their next bold step into senior secondary school.

For us, this moment is more than an academic transition, it is the blossoming of seeds we have lovingly nurtured for years. We have watched these children grow from the tiny roots of pre-primary curiosity into the sturdy stems of knowledge, discipline, and faith. Some have walked with us since their earliest steps into learning, and seeing them now spread their wings is both humbling and deeply rewarding.

Yet, as every gardener knows, growth brings new seasons of care. As our graduates move forward to study in new facilities, our commitment continues ensuring their education, welfare, and spiritual guidance remain fully supported.

At the same time, as these young trees reach for the skies, new buds of hope will soon sprout. Next year, fresh little faces will join our pre-primary class innocent souls stepping into the warm embrace of learning and love for the very first time.
