Kenya is facing one of its most challenging flooding seasons in recent years. Homes have been swept away. Families have been displaced. Entire communities are struggling to stay safe as the waters continue to rise.

But for a vulnerable child, one without a stable home, without a parent to hold them, without a safe place to sleep, these floods are more than a national crisis.
